- Soak the application pad with 3 full measures from the pipette. Spread onto a small panel, or half a large panel and immediately remove residue with a MF1 cloth, follow with a second wipe. Apply CSL in overlapping strokes to a 2ft by 2ft area or follow the natural body lines.
